Business Model: 

CashCall, Inc. provides personal loans, small business loans, mortgage home loans, and refinancing. It offers unsecured loans to borrowers who use loans for one-time purchase and debt consolidation.

It states that it processes personal loans “entirely over the phone, Internet, and fax.”

CashCall, Inc. is based in Orange County, California. It was founded in 2003 by J. Paul Reddam the current CEO. He is Canadian and a former professor of Philosophy at the University of Southern California. In 1995 he founded Ditech, the first online mortgage lending company. Reddam  abruptly resigned from Ditech in 2000 on the same day top executives of Ditech were indicted in an extortion probe. Reddam then founded CashCall. 

Impac Mortgage Corp. does business as CashCall Mortgage.

WS Funding, LLC is a subsidiary of CashCall.

Delbert Services is an affiliate of CashCall.

J. Paul Reddam, owner of CashCall and 2012 Kentucky Derby-winning horse “I’ll Have Another” sells the horse overseas for $10 million admitting “greed” and wondering if he is “that shallow.”
