Since 2001, National Credit Adjusters (NCA) is a “recognizable leader” in collecting delinquent accounts. NCA serves retail and financial sectors. National Credit Adjusters is a privately held company based in Kansas. It claims to “conduct business with respect, dignity, and fairness.”

NYC fines 23 debt collectors: National Credit Adjusters “the worst offender” paid over $900,000 in fines for illegally collecting high interest payday loans.

NCA called “usurious” and “unconscionable” by Arkansas Attorney General for attempting to collect over $2 million in payday loans and high interest installment loans.
