Business Model:

Since 2001, National Credit Adjusters (NCA) is a “recognizable leader” in collecting delinquent accounts. NCA serves retail and financial sectors. Their website states that they bring “integrity, and the highest standards of compliance,” to debt servicing. NCA also helps creditors sell-off receivables.

National Credit Adjusters is a privately held company based in Kansas. It claims to “conduct business with respect, dignity, and fairness.”

NYC fines 23 debt collectors: National Credit Adjusters “the worst offender” paid over $900,000 in fines for illegally collecting high interest payday loans.

NCA called “usurious” and “unconscionable” by Arkansas Attorney General for attempting to collect over $2 million in payday loans and high interest installment loans.
