Outside the office, advocacy remains a 24/7 calling. For over a decade, Cindy has volunteered in animal welfare, focusing on high-stakes fostering for protective custody dogs, as well as providing a safe haven for pregnant and nursing dogs through the intense 9-to-12-week whelping and post-whelping process.
Whether raising strong independent and loving children, or caring for vulnerable animals, Cindy is driven by a singular purpose: protecting those who need it most. Looking toward the future, Cindy dreams of channeling this lifelong passion into founding a non-profit sanctuary dedicated to giving geriatric dogs a comfortable, dignified retirement.
