Usually, it means the bank concluded that it would not treat the disputed activity as fraud.
What it does not tell you by itself is how that conclusion was reached.
Those three words—“no fraud found”—can sound definitive. But they do not tell you what evidence was reviewed, whether your explanation was seriously considered, or whether the bank’s theory actually makes sense when compared with what happened in real life.
If you know you did not make the transactions, you do not have to stop thinking simply because the bank wrote “no fraud found.”
