Third party collector and outsourced billing company. Enhanced Recovery Company - also known as ERC - performs collections on delinquent consumer debt for its clients as well as collections and billing services on non-delinquent payables.

Enhanced Recovery increased its capacity significantly when it acquired TMone, LLC, a business process outsourcing company in 2013. That gave Enhanced Recovery Company seven domestic call centers, one international call center and approximately 1,200 employees.

In 2015, Enhanced Recovery received an undisclosed sum in debt financing from Crescent Capital Group, LP. The attendant press release describes Enhanced Recovery as a "provider of customer experience management services."
