One of the largest debt collection agencies in the United States EOS CCA was founded by Paul E. Leary Sr. in 1991 as Collecto, Inc. (also referred to as Collection Company of America). It provides collection services for banks, colleges and universities, student loan lenders, telecommunications companies, and other companies. It has several subsidiaries: AffordaCare, CA Service Bureau, EOS ACA, EOS RRI, EOS CCA Rochester, True North AR, and U.S. Asset Management.
Leary Sr. stepped down as CEO in 2002 and is now a member of the EOS Group’s International Board of Directors. The parent company is EOS Holding in Hamburg, Germany.
