Is I.Q. Data charging you for breaking your lease?
Here's what I think is happening and why the charge is too high! What's supposed to happen is that when you move out before the end of your lease, the Apartment is required to immediately advertise your old apartment so they can get a new renter in there. Makes sense right?
Well, what might actually be happening instead is that I.Q. Data is simply multiplying the number of months that were left on your lease times your monthly rent and billing you for that amount! And reporting it to the credit bureaus.
That's bad and that's wrong. So if you think that's happening to you - get in touch with me ASAP!
