Lawsuits, Sanctions and Penalties Against Michaels Military Housing, LLC

The case, Dunkelburg v. Michaels Military Housing, LLC, revolved around a personal injury claim by the plaintiff, Tanja Dunkleburg. The federal lawsuit, Efurd v. Michaels Military Housing also pertained to employment, but this time in regard to alleged discrimination. As The Michaels Organization, this company was served with a lawsuit regarding civil rights accommodations in Irizarry v. The Michaels Organization et al. In Want v. The Michaels Organization, the plaintiff Jerome Want eventually withdrew his complaint without prejudice.  This company does not have any sanctions or penalties on record.
