Lawsuits, Sanctions and Penalties Against United Communities/First Montgomery

In 2018, United Communities, LLC agreed to pay out more than $62,000 in response to a lawsuit, United States v. United Communities LLC, claiming they had violated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
