Yes. Providing additional evidence does not guarantee that a bank will change its fraud decision.
That is why repeated requests for more documents can be so confusing. If the bank asks for screenshots, a police report, or a written statement, you naturally think the new information might matter.
Sometimes it does. Sometimes the bank still denies the claim.
The fact that the bank asked for evidence and then denied you again does not necessarily mean you did anything wrong. It means the additional information did not change the bank’s conclusion.
