Because banks sometimes continue requesting documents even after you have already disputed the transactions and explained what happened.

You may send screenshots, a police report, a written statement, or other information the bank specifically requested. Each request makes it sound like providing that next document might finally change the result.

Then you provide it and get denied again.

At some point, it is reasonable to ask whether the problem is really a missing document—or whether the bank has already decided how it intends to treat your claim.

I discuss this frustrating cycle in my blog “I Sent the Bank Everything. Why Am I Still Denied?”:

If you keep providing what the bank asks for and your fraud claim keeps getting denied, call us, start a chat, or use the contact form and select Bank Hacking.
