Debt collection agency Credence Resource Management has been getting sued for violation of consumer rights, a lot. I'm consumer financial protection attorney Mike Cardoza and I'm here today to tell you a little bit about Credence Resource Management.

There's two types of courts in the United States. There's the federal system and there's the state system. Let's just take a quick look at the statistics in the federal system. This is open source information available to anyone who wants to login to www.pacer.gov.

The country's divided into 11 circuits. Let's quickly take a look. On the eastern section of circuits, in the last 12 months, Credence has been sued 24 times. Here in the central section of the country since the end of 2014, Credence Resource Management has been named as a defendant 18 times. Up here on the west in the 9th Circuit, in the last year and a half, there's been 16 federal lawsuits against Credence Resource Management. This doesn't count all of the state courts of which there are many more and there maybe many, many more dozens of lawsuits that have been filed against Credence Resource Management.

In fact, the state of Minnesota actually took punitive action against the company for violation of various consumer protection laws and rights. If you find yourself with Credence Resource Management in your life - and it's not going pleasantly, they may be violating your rights. The typical lawsuits are violation of the telecommunications protection act, for ringing your cellphone when they've got no business doing so and you haven't given them permission, collecting a debt that you no longer owe, collecting a debt that's not yours, using harassing tactics like excessive letters and phone calls, et cetera. All of these violate consumer protection laws on the state and federal level and could entitle you to compensation, as well as getting the behavior stopped!

If that's happening to you or a friend of yours, I urge you to give me a call right now during business hours, or interact with my chat operator below, or get in touch with me here on the website. It's all free for me to check out your case and for most of these cases, I don't have to charge you any fee upfront whatsoever because the defendant pays attorneys fees. Take action. Call now. Get a free case evaluation and figure out how to stop Credence Resource Management.
